METECO JSC
The set of equipment for a sorting line is selected/made depending on waste quantity accepted for treatment per day.
Capacity :
- 25 - 30 t/per day waste for sorting - for cities up to 30000 inhabitants
- 40 - 50 t/per day waste for sorting - for cities up to 60000 inhabitants
- 80-100 t/per day waste for sorting - for cities up to 120000 inhabitants
Sorting line comprises following equipment:
- Feed hopper - designed to feed belt conveyor
- Belt conveyors - bunker conveyor, tilted (inclined) conveyor
- PE Bags tearing device
- Technologic equipment for plastics fragmentation (shredders and mills)
- Rotating drum screen
- Magnetic separator
- Metal platform with work places for manual sorting
- Picking conveyors
- Baling press
- Glass crusher
- Loading platform with fork lift truck for loading of bales and sorted materials
- Electric and control equipment
Sorting lines equipment is accomplished as per customers’ requirements as well as quantity and composition of wastes treated.

Incineration plants for harmless waste treatment
METECO JSC is designing, installing and commissioning in cooperation with foreign partners incineration plants for harmless treatment of organic waste and consumables from hospitals, airports, restaurants, resorts and household waste from municipalities.
Major plant equipment units comprise:
- Combustion system /Incinerator/ where thermal treatment of incomming waste takes place.
Supplied from EC partners as per assigned features of quantity and structure of waste, bulk weight, caloricity etc.
- Purification system for emissions during incineration. Designing, supplying, installing and commissioning of these systems is done wholly by METECO JSC;
- Dry agents preparation plant for neutralization and absorbtion of emitted harmful
substances in burned gases.
Incineration plants vary according their capacity, which enables waste treatment as from separate source as well as complete treatment from several sources in differentiated region.
