New Dedusting plants for asphalt facilities

In 2008 METECO JSC commissioned two new dedusting plants for the asphalt facilities of „ Patstroy-92” JSC- Sofia and „ Patstroy Engineering” JSC- Vratza. It is  planned, up to the end of this year, the commissioning of a  third dedusting plant to an emergency hopper and  hot mixture hoppers in the asphalt facility of „Bars „ JSC- Shoumen.

Business in Cyprus

METECO JSC  accomplishes the design and the equipment procurement for an  air dedusting plant to a crushing facility of a brick factory in Republic of  Cyprus, with commissioning - end 2008.

New product

In September 2008 METECO JSC will commercialize a new local dust collector MPM 480/1 to catch dry, non aggressive dust from metal processing. This product will be shown on the company,s stand during the International Technical Fair – Autumn 2008 in Plovdiv.

Dedusting equipment for asphalt facilities.
Second half 2006 METECO JSC erected and commissioned 7 aspiration-dedusting plants for gas cleaning to asphalt facilities. The guaranteed residual dust content in the gases after the facility is under 20 mg/m3..

The first plant for  separation of solid municipal wastes  in Bulgaria, has been designed, erected and commissioned in mid-march 2006 by MECECO JSC  being awarded after a successful tender from the Troian municipality. The plant was erected in four month period with a capacity 24 t/day wastes. The plant will service the city of Troian and the resorts in the municipality.

Dedusting equipment for solid plastics wastes mills.
End of april 2007 METECO JSC  erected and commissioned a dedusting plant for the technological gases from plastic mill in the PVC profiles manufacturing factory „ Blick-9 „ Ltd- Sofia. The catched dust is setted in a hopper and by a rotary valve is poured in a container under the filter. This is the second cleaning plant  manufactured for the same company,  the same year, by METECO.

Tender awarded order
In august 2006 MÅTECO JSC  has been awarded with an order for the erection and commissioning of  an Aspiration- dedusting plant to Coal feeding shop of Thermal Power Station-Bobov dol, BG with supply, erection of the equipment and  pre start and start up  operation, with detailed design. The project will be commissioned end of may 2007.

Representation
METECO JSC acquired the exclusive representation for the Bulgarian market of the products and equipment of the Polish company  which proposes local suction systems for air cleaning in  working premises and of the Slovenian company RICO ECOS Ltd for  solid municipal wastes classifying plants.
