Aspiration dedusting plants

METECO JSC designs and puts into operation aspiration dedusting plants for purification of industrial and ventilation gases and dust laden fumes in different industrial branches.
Dedusting is carried out by efficient bag filters with pulse jet cleaning of bags or by cartridge filters.
Modularly mounted construction of installations creates a great variety of applications and capacity ranges. Each plant is designed after detailed investigation of technological processes and equipment, pollution sources, which admits involvement of most adequate purification methods. Particular attention is given to correct dimensioning of aspiration system - encapsulations, suction ducts, piping, fans etc.
For prevention of secondary dusting upon discharging of dust deposed the filter disposes of water spraying devices, conveyor systems with water and vapor moistening.
In some cases dedusting plants are built as a part in a complete line thus realizing entirely waste less technology.
Aspiration - dedusting plants built and commissioned by METECO JSC meet the requirements of Bulgarian and European standards for admissible concentration limits of harmful emissions for working and environment medium- guarantied remaining dust loading after filtration is less than 15 mg/m3. /References/
By customer’s wish the control of dedusting plants can be manual, remote or fully automatizated. Automatic cycle management is performed by a set of dust collector controllers, working in specially assigned algorithm. They control the status of equipment units, technologic parameters and perform commands of high level controllers.
